Price alerts
Last updated October 14, 2026
An alert rings your bell when a coin crosses a level you set. You set it once on the coin page. You do not need a position, and an alert never buys or sells anything.
Three kinds of alert
| Kind | It rings when | You choose |
|---|---|---|
| Price | The price of the coin crosses your level | Above or Below, and the level |
| Market cap | The market cap of the coin crosses your level | Above or Below, and the level |
| Migration | The coin leaves its bonding curve for an open market | Nothing else |
Levels are typed in dollars or in SOL, like 0.0042 or 1.2M, and the current value is shown next to the field. A coin that already migrated cannot get a migration alert.
Set an alert
- Open a coin page and press the bell next to its name. You can also right-click on the chart at a level and choose Price alert.
- Pick the kind: Price, Market cap or Migration.
- Pick the direction and type your level.
- Choose how often: Once, or Every time. For Every time, set the shortest delay between two rings, from 1 minute to 24 hours. The default is 15 minutes.
- Press Set alert. When the coin crosses your level, you get a notification in your bell and a toast.
You need to be signed in to set an alert. Open the terminal.
Manage your alerts
- My alerts, in Notifications in the settings, lists every alert with its state: Armed, Paused or Triggered, and when it last rang.
- Pause an alert to silence it, Re-arm it to turn it back on, or Delete it. A migration alert can only be paused or re-armed.
- The counter shows your armed alerts out of the most an account can keep armed. When you reach it, pause or delete one to add another.
- In Notifications you can also turn on or off the toast for calls from traders you follow.
Good to know
- An alert only notifies you. To sell at a level automatically, see TP and SL orders.
- If alerts are switched off on TMC for a while, the settings say so, and you can still delete the alerts you have.
See TP and SL orders for automatic sells.
